Positive: I booked this hotel last minute and didn’t expect much, but I was so pleasantly surprised! Everything was perfect — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Positive: It is a cosy hotel. The entire hotel is small, but everything you'd need is served. The location is not bad: It's not very central and not in the heart of the city centre, but it's not that far either. Palanga is already a small city, and it is easy to discover the main landmarks and must-see places of the city by walking from the hotel within 1 day, unless you have mobility issues. The reception staff were pretty welcoming. (But sorry for the lady who had to do my check-in around 2 AM because my flight from Riga had been delayed. :)) The breakfast service was not included in my reservation, but I bought it during check-in. It was not bad. My room was big and clean enough. The bed was so comfortable. There were teabags served along with a kettle. The liquid soap and shower gel in the bathroom were of good quality. The wireless Internet connection was very good. There is no A/C, but there is a big ventilator in the room, which cools down the room well enough, and it's also possible to open the window.
Negative: The hotel seemed a bit overpriced to me. I would expect a somewhat better breakfast service with more options, especially for 12€, but limited options and the breakfast room being so small should be the basic reasons why guests who buy breakfast are supposed to make a reservation for a certain time. It would be good to have slippers in the room.

Negative: Location is not ideal to go by food to the seaside. Also so air-conditioner and a bit noisy from the street traffic.
